Individual Counseling:
$160 per 50-minute session
Families and Couples:
$180 per 50-minute session.
Clinical Supervision (individual) $120 per 50 minute session
Clinical Supervision (group) $80 per 100 minute session
Insurance:
I do not bill insurance directly, but I can provide you with an super-bill for you to submit to your carrier for reimbursement. Please check with your insurer for your coverage for treatment and copay and deductible information.
Reduced Fee:
Reduced fee options are available on a limited basis. Please feel free to discuss this option with me.
Cancellation Policy:
Appointment Cancellation Policy
24 hour notice via voice mail is kindly requested. You may also
"reschedule" or "cancel" the appointment via the web site if it is at
least 24 hours in advance. If you are not able to give 24 hours'
notice, you will be charged a late cancellation fee for the
reserved time, but a phone call is still appreciated. If I need to
cancel an appointment with less than 24 hours' notice (excluding
inclement weather events), I will extend the same courtesy via one
free session.
Appointment No-Show Policy
An appointment is considered a "no show" if you do not cancel and do
not attend the appointment, or if you are more than 20 minutes late
without advanced notice that you are running late. In both of these
instances, you will be charged a $50 fee for the reserved time and
will need to call to reschedule. I will extend the same courtesy
via one free session if I miss a scheduled appointment.
Payment:
Payment for service is due at the end of each session.
Cash, check, all major credit cards, Venmo, and Paypal accepted for payment.
