My approach to clinical supervision is to seek with you to uncover your 'resident genius', 
your own unique way or being a therapist,
your authorial voice.
Then, we work to identify your growing edge as a therapist. 
Through case presentation, formulation of diagnostic impressions, review of notes, 
 audio and video-taped session, we explore your development as a clinician.
Analysis of transference phenomena figures prominently in my work with students and interns.
Operating from a perspective of treating this client, this moment, as being here for a reason, because we invited it,
